Who is responsible

The controller is Kranai Estiasi Single-Member P.C., VAT no. 000000000, Sparti Tax Office, Vasileos Pavlou, Gythio 232 00, Greece. Email info@kranai.example, phone +30 27330 00000.

These are sample details: the business is fictional, and the company name, VAT number, email and phone belong to no one. An email to that address goes nowhere.

What data we process

The site has no forms, accounts or analytics, and loads no scripts, fonts, maps or photographs from third parties. On its own, it collects nothing about you.

Technical data from every visit: like any site, to send you a page the server sees your IP address, the time, the page you asked for and your browser. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, also asks your browser to report failed connections to it (Network Error Logging), to find network problems.

If you write to us or call (for a group, or the tavli tournament): your name, your email or phone number and whatever you write. The email link opens your own mail program; the site does not see the message.

Why, and on what legal basis

Technical data, to serve the site and protect it from attacks and abuse: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your messages, to answer you and hold a table if you ask for one: steps you ask for before a contract (Article 6(1)(b)), otherwise our legitimate interest in answering whoever writes to us (point (f)).

How long we keep it

Cloudflare keeps the technical data for as long as its own policy sets for running and securing the service. We do not store it or link it to anyone.

We keep messages for as long as we need to answer you and settle the booking, and at most 12 months after. Then we delete them.

Who else sees it

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts and serves the site (Cloudflare Pages) and processes the technical data on our behalf. Our email provider holds the messages you send us. We sell nothing and give data to no one else.

The “Directions on the map” link (Google Maps) loads nothing while you are here. If you press it, you move to Google's site and its own policy applies.

Transfers outside the EU

Cloudflare is a US company and may process technical data outside the European Union, for example in the United States. The transfer rests on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, under which it is certified, and on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Cookies and browser storage

The site sets no cookies and writes nothing to your browser's storage (localStorage or sessionStorage). That is why it shows no cookie banner.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Articles 15 to 22 GDPR). Write to us at info@kranai.example. We answer within one month.

If you believe your rights are being breached, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, Kifisias Ave 1-3, 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr.

Children

The site is not aimed at children and asks no one for data, so it asks none from minors either.
